Miami, FL (April 13, 2026) – With old-school reggaeton classics, Puerto Rican artist Wisin electrified the crowd at the Coachella festival in California early Monday morning during Colombian star Karol G’s performance.
During a solo segment, the artist wowed the audience with classics from the Wisin & Yandel era, “Pam Pam,” “Noche de Entierro (Nuestro Amor),” “Mayor Que Yo,” and “Rakata,” as well as “Saoco,” one of his first solo hits.
In doing so, Wisin reaffirmed his commitment to collaborating with and championing the new generation of reggaeton artists, a goal he has also successfully pursued through his record label, La Base Music Group.
Upon the release of his most recent album, “El Sobreviviente WWW” (2025), Wisin stated that he aspired “to serve as a tool for new generations, to help them, to create good music, and to provide them with direction,” a mission he has successfully fulfilled both as a producer and as a collaborator.
