MIAMI, FL (June 2, 2022) – Global music icon Daddy Yankee releases today exclusively on Facebook the highly-anticipated video for his explosive collaboration “Para Siempre” with Panamanian phenomenon Sech, The track is a part of Yankee’s farewell album, LEGENDADDY, which was accompanied by the release of nine music videos for fans to enjoy simultaneously with the album release. LEGENDADDY became the #1 Latin album in the world and was the first album of 2022 to be certified multi-platinum by the RIAA, with more than one billion streams across digital music platforms.

The music video unites two of Latin music’s biggest stars to tell a one of a kind love story, where the meaning of the phrase “Para Siempre”, or “Forever”, is felt throughout. Filmed in San Germán, Puerto Rico and Colombia, the video follows a well-planned day that highlights a “bride to be’s” entire day, full of unexpected surprises and leading up to her biggest moment yet … a marriage proposal. Throughout the video, the infinity sign is highlighted, connecting the meaning of the song “Para Siempre”, with the bond of the happy couple.
Upon the release, LEGENDADDY debuted as the #1 Latin Album in the World! LEGENDADDY bowed at #1 on the Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart, making it his fifth consecutive #1 debut on the chart. Additionally, it catapulted the album into the Top 10 of Billboard’s Top 200 chart (#8), marking his highest position on the chart to date and first Top 10 in 15 years since 2007’s El Cartel: The Big Boss.
