Elvis Crespo is nominated for 2026 Premios Juventud in the categories of Best Euro Song and Tropical Hit for the global smash “La Graciosa” with Quevedo, as well as Best Tropical Album for Poeta Herío.

It also reached the Top 20 in Italy, No. 3 in Uruguay, and No. 11 in Argentina. The song was also featured in the goal celebrations during Spain’s FIFA World Cup campaign.
The nominations come at an extraordinary moment for the merengue icon, who recently captivated European audiences with a sold-out run of his Poeta Herío Tour: Colmadito Edition, bringing his renewed musical vision to thousands of fans across the continent and reaffirming his status as one of tropical music’s most influential artists.
