The self-penned track is an engaging fusion of reggae and other Caribbean rhythms that celebrates lifelong love; the kind of love that feels like a dream, only to realize, upon opening your eyes, that it is your reality.
Miami, FL (July 24, 2026) – Rising Cuban artist Lucho dBi celebrates enduring love in his new single, “Anoche,” now available on all digital streaming platforms. The track will be featured on his debut album, “Luchología”, a fresh and innovative tropical music project.
The self-penned track is an engaging fusion of reggae and other Caribbean rhythms. “Reggae symbolizes peace, unity, and love. Family is the purest reflection of that message, and that’s exactly what I want to convey with this song,” said the singer-songwriter, who has been supported throughout his musical career by his mother, renowned Cuban opera singer Liudmila Pérez López.
Lucho dBi said that “Anoche” is about “a love that transcends; a love that goes beyond the boundaries of everyday life. It also speaks to the greatest achievement a person can attain: building a family and sharing life with the people you love.”
Lucho dBi hopes the song resonates with listeners through its message of true love. “In today’s world, finding the person who truly complements you and having the blessing of loving and being loved is one of the greatest fortunes a person can have,” he said.
“Anoche” reminds us that “even in a world where everything seems fleeting, there are still love stories that are meant to last,” the artist shared.
At just 24 years old, Lucho dBi describes himself as a romantic and says he dreams of growing old and starting a family with his current partner. “Since the beginning of my career, I’ve always sung about love and the many emotions that arise within a relationship. It’s a theme I always return to because it inspires me the most,” said the talented singer, who began his musical training at the age of seven and studied viola and classical voice at the José María Ochoa Professional School of Music in his hometown of Holguín, Cuba.
Lucho dBi began his career as a hit songwriter for artists including Farruko, Gente de Zona, Maffio, Lenier, Leoni Torres, Jacob Forever, and Dale Pututi. In 2022, he launched his career as a recording artist and has since released numerous singles. His debut album, “Luchología”, is complete and was produced by Ángel “Pututi” Arce and Randy Malcom of Gente de Zona. Recorded under the Música Doy LLC and High Music Inc. labels and distributed by Altafonte Corp., the project blends merengue, bachata, afrobeat, flamenco, and other tropical influences, promising a truly distinctive addition to the Latin music landscape.
