Miami, FL (April 28, 2026) – Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG), a leading global music publisher, has announced the signing of Latin Grammy award-winning Argentine artist, Trueno.
At just 24 years old, Trueno has emerged as one of the most influential voices in Latin hip hop and a rapidly rising global star. He broke into the mainstream with “Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 16” alongside Bizarrap, while his debut album “Atrevido” produced the breakout hit “MAMICHULA,” which has surpassed 700M+ streams, while subsequent albums “BIEN O MAL” and “EL ÚLTIMO BAILE” each surpassed 1 billion streams. Across these albums, he released multiple global hits including “DANCE CRIP,” “REAL GANGSTA LOVE” (Spotify Global Top 10), and the Latin Grammy winning “TRANKY FUNKY.” Most recently, he won his second consecutive Latin Grammy, taking home the award for Best Hip Hop Song for “FRESH.”
