Miami, FL (November 11, 2022) – After taking social media and digital streaming platforms by storm with the fiery track “TELO”, the singer-songwriter and one of the main exports of the urban genre in Venezuela, ADSO, is releasing a new track completely different from his previous singles. Made with the same burning passion, the new track, “11:20”, alongside the Colombian duo Natan & Shander, fuses romance with R&B and reggaeton sounds that create a catchy chorus aimed at connecting with a younger audience. Listen to “11:20” on all digital music platforms!
The track, produced by Juan David Correa aka “Animal” and composed by ADSO, Natan & Shander, begins with a smooth rhythm that brings us a fresh musical style different from ADSO‘s latest releases. The track tells the story of two main characters: a ‘street’ man, represented by 4:20, and a ‘high-society’ woman represented by 11:11, where together they create “11:20”. Throughout the song, the artists highlight the encounter between two people from different worlds that end up choosing each other to be in a relationship. Although it is not socially accepted, they decide to give themselves an opportunity to live new experiences together, leaving behind other people’s thoughts.
Inspired by his own real-life experiences, the Venezuelan artist expressed that “[11:20] is a song that will be able to connect with a lot of people because so many of us go through this situation. I have also lived this myself and it is about time for people to stop putting so many obstacles in the way of love.”
Filmed in Miami, Florida by Nido Films, the music video was inspired by the 2006 film “Hitch”, starring Will Smith, where the audience follows ADSO as he spies on the ‘high-society’ protagonist from a Van. ADSO wants to meet her but is hesitant as they are ‘from different worlds’. Gathering enough courage, he decides to continue his journey to love but doesn’t do it alone; Natan & Shander guide ADSO through the entire process. From microphones to camera glasses, the Colombian duo tells ADSO exactly what he needs to say and do while they are listening and watching behind the scenes. You can watch the video on YouTube for an unexpected ending!
