Miami, FL (November 7, 2022) – After receiving Platinum certifications in the U.S. for her most recent global hits “Mayor Que Usted” and “Wow BB”, Dominican powerhouse Natti Natasha arrived for the first time to Chile in solidarity for the country’s biggest annual charity event, Teleton Chile.
During her visit, Natti was invited by beloved Chilean host/celebrity and founder of Teleton Chile, Don Francisco, for a special tour of the main children’s institute, Instituto Teleton, where she spent time learning about the services and facilities being offered to children and families in need, at the hand of Don Francisco and the Teleton staff.
Prior to her first-ever and highly anticipated performance in Teleton Chile, Natti hosted a special meet & greet for fans, where her label, Sony Music, alongside fans, surprised her with a Gold certification for streams in Chile of her global hit “Ram Pam Pam”. Elated by the honor, Natti thanked fans for their unconditional support and promised more to come in the near future.
As the closing international act for this year’s Teleton, Natti took to the stage and served the 40,000 crowd what they were waiting for … an explosion of Caribbean flow! To a roaring crowd, Natti performed a 7 minute medley of her biggest global hits, including “Dutty Love”, “Amantes de una Noche”, “Criminal”, “Me Gusta”, “Oh Daddy”, “Mejor Version de Mi”, “Ram Pam Pam”, “Wow BB” and “Mayor Que Usted”. After her performance, Natti expressed, “Chile, thank you for having me. Thank you, for allowing me to be part of something so special. For kids around the world, Chile, you are the example to follow. For me it’s an honor and blessing to be here tonight.”
Recently, Natti Natasha graced the November digital cover of GQ Hype Mexico, which featured an editorial piece where she expressed her feelings about how the urban genre has changed and how women have begun to dominate it, and updated fans on her upcoming projects. Natti also joined American singer-songwriter Meghan Trainor on a new collab single with Arturo Sandoval, “Mama Wanna Mambo”, and also became the first Dominican female artist to serve as the Honorary Pace Car Driver for the Dixie Vodka 400 NASCAR Cup Series, leading the field of NASCAR stars drivers to the green flag in the premier series’ second of three races in the Round of the series playoffs.
