Miami, FL (June 10, 2022) – Female empowerment is not only about having a point of view or standing out in a crowd. It’s about a woman having an internal sense of self-worth and self-love. Latin GRAMMY-nominated Venezuelan singer-songwriter Manu Manzo expresses this same feeling through her new single “Paella.”With a combination of R&B rhythms and a touch of Manu’s musical essence, “Paella” is now available on all digital platforms.
“With this single, I wanted to bring to perspective the meaning of female empowerment. I wanted to create a track that women could embrace and make their own anthem, especially for those extraordinary women that inspire us to be the best version of ourselves,” expressed Manu regarding her new release.
With a team made up mostly of women, the song was written by Manu Manzo, BIG RED, and the rising urban star Paopao. The official video, which premieres today on Manu’s official YouTube channel, was filmed in Mexico and directed by Zahid Badillo and Mezus.
In May, the Venezuelan artist joined the Spanish rapper Cyclo to premiere “SacaLaCamara Remix”, which had its live debut performance in Mexico City on May 21st at Cyclo’s concert. Previously, Manu collaborated with the Trinidadian artist LATENIGHTJIGGY on “Sensualidad”, a track that continues to rise in popularity on all digital platforms.
