“The sold-out show at Kaseya was something I didn’t expect. It was the first time Gente de Zona performed at Kaseya Center on our own, and I never imagined there would be so much excitement around the show. It was a very emotional and special moment for me. I hope the show in December is just as meaningful and receives the same love from the fans. I’m happy that we’re doing it again,” Randy Malcom said.
Alexander Delgado added, “We knew Kaseya Center was going to be a special night because Miami is our home. It’s the city that welcomed us and where a large part of our Latin and Cuban community lives. The love we received was incredible, and it inspires us to come back with more music, the songs from our new album Isla Viva, and a show that celebrates our roots and the essence of Gente de Zona.”
“Following last year’s historic SOLD OUT at Kaseya Center, we’re incredibly proud to bring this incomparable Cuban duo back to Miami. It will be a very special celebration with their fans, their community, and the family that has always welcomed them with so much love,” said Nelson Albareda, CEO of Loud And Live.
In addition to performing their biggest hits, Cuban duo Randy Malcom and Alexander Delgado will debut music from their upcoming album, also titled Isla Viva, which is scheduled for release in early 2027. The project includes the title track, recorded with Spanish artist Juan Magán, as well as the lead single, “Se Le Pasa.”
Gente de Zona created the album Isla Viva as a celebration of their island roots, inviting a diverse group of collaborators into their vibrant tropical world rather than following current trends. At its core, the project is a celebration of resilience; a reminder that despite life’s challenges, the spirit of the people remains alive.
