Miami, FL (March 23, 2026) – Chilean artist FloyyMenor continues to solidify his unstoppable rise on the global stage. Following the massive success of his single “PELIGROSA,” which surpassed 1 billion streams worldwide, the new face of Chilean reggaeton represented his country last week at the BMI Latin Awards 2026 as the only Chilean artist to be honored. The ceremony took place at the Fontainebleau Coastal Convention Center in Miami Beach, FL.
During the event, his hit “PELIGROSA” was honored as one of the 25 most outstanding Latin songs of the year, alongside tracks by major artists such as Rauw Alejandro, Bad Bunny, and Karol G, among others. Upon receiving the award, FloyyMenor shared: “It’s truly an honor, and I’m incredibly happy to win another BMI award with ‘PELIGROSA.’ I’m excited to keep taking Chilean music to the next level. In addition to “PELIGROSA,” his previous single “GATA ONLY” also made a global impact, becoming his first track to reach 1 billion streams. Both songs have connected with audiences across Latin America, the United States, and beyond, helping bring FloyyMenor’s sound to an ever-growing international fanbase.
Following the global success of these tracks, FloyyMenor recently released his new album “MAN IN BLACK,” a project that explores the emotional landscape of the night, capturing both the adrenaline of the club and the more introspective moments that emerge when the music fades.
As Chilean reggaeton continues to gain momentum worldwide, FloyyMenor is positioning himself at the forefront of a new generation that is redefining the global landscape of the genre.
