Miami, FL. (December 29, 2025) – Elvis Crespo returns with a surprise his fans won’t want to miss: a special edition of his acclaimed album “Poeta Herío,” available this Friday, January 2, across all digital platforms. Released under Puntería Records and distributed by Sony Music Latin, “Poeta Herío: Colmadito Special Edition” unveils new songs that promise to delight listeners, including previously unreleased collaborations such as “El Limón” featuring Los Pleneros de la Cresta and “Me Voy a Ir” with Jerry Bazúa, along with other fresh tracks like “Abeja Blanca,” “Te Lloro de Frente,” and “Una Nueva Boca.” For true collectors, this edition will also be available on vinyl, debuting exclusively during his concert at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico on January 3, 2026.

“Poeta Herío first arrived at a small neighborhood store in Higüey, Dominican Republic, and captivated audiences. Now, we’re following the same formula: neighborhood shops and bodegas tied to the launch, with a Reloaded version that includes five new tracks and refreshed artwork, while preserving the spirit of the project,” explained Crespo.
“Poeta Herío: Colmadito Special Edition” was produced by Elvis Crespo under the management of José Díaz and Alex Peña for NuLife Entertainment, with contributions from acclaimed producers including Luis Cruz, Nesty La Mente Maestra, Cauty, Ender Thomas, DANIDRVMS, Joel Báez Nieves, among others.
The album also features standout tracks from the original version such as “Qué Fuerte,” “Me Mataron” (El Blachy), “Cora Roto” (Arcángel), and “Borrón y Cuenta Nueva” (Toño Rosario, La Insuperable, Ebenezer Guerra).
Ahead of the release of Poeta Herío, Crespo dropped a refreshed version of his classic “Nuestra Canción” with Jerry Rivera, marking his return to the Top 10 of Billboard’s Tropical Airplay chart after more than five years. Notably, Poeta Herío represents a bold and personal chapter in Crespo’s legendary career. Blending heartbreak and healing with vibrant rhythms and dynamic collaborations, the album captures the essence of love lost and found—delivered through the global vision of tropical sound that Crespo has championed for more than two decades.
Crespo returns to the Coliseo de Puerto Rico on January 3, 2026, with new music and a show that promises to electrify El Choli. Last tickets available through Ticketera HERE.
