MIAMI, FL (October 16, 2026) – Jacqie Rivera unveils her second studio album, Corazón Desnudo, a deeply personal collection of 12 songs that offers an intimate look into the experiences, emotions, and defining moments of her life. Available now on all digital streaming platforms, the project marks a significant milestone in Rivera’s musical career as she opens the pages of her personal diary, confronting the complexities of love, heartbreak, personal accountability, and self-discovery with a level of vulnerability that defines her most revealing work to date.

Born from a creative process rooted in honesty, Corazón Desnudo began as a therapeutic outlet rather than a predetermined musical project. Through a series of writing sessions, Rivera found herself expressing emotions and revisiting experiences she had been carrying in her personal life, gradually transforming those moments into songs. What emerged was a collection that captures the realities of love in its many forms, from the pain of giving too much to the courage required to recognize one’s own worth. The album’s title reflects Rivera’s willingness to embrace those experiences without reservations, presenting her story with an openness that lies at the heart of the project.
“I’m grateful and privileged to be able to use and turn my pain, tears, and life experiences into something beautiful like Corazón Desnudo. Music is not only powerful; it’s healing, and that is my goal for this album. I hope that whoever this album reaches not only feels understood but also finds the strength and value within themselves to pick up the pieces of their hearts and come back stronger,” shares Jacqie Rivera.
At the forefront of the album is focus track “Mi Superpoder,” co-written by Rivera alongside Erika Vidrio and produced by Carlos H. Alvarez and Victor Badillo. The song confronts the recurring patterns that have led Rivera to invest her love in relationships that ultimately caused her pain. Yet, rather than viewing those experiences as defeats, she arrives at a powerful realization: her ability to love deeply has never been her weakness. Through one of her most candid performances, Rivera reclaims that capacity for love as her greatest strength, establishing the emotional foundation of Corazón Desnudo.
Across the album, Rivera examines the complexities of relationships through songs that reflect different stages of her personal journey. “Me Fallé,” which originated as a poem, explores the internal conflict of returning to someone despite recognizing the emotional consequences. At the same time, “Pa’ Migajas” addresses the importance of self-worth and establishing boundaries, even when doing so means walking away from someone you love. On “Cuando Cambies Volveré,” penned by renowned songwriter Luciano Luna, Rivera explores the difficult reality of loving someone who cannot reciprocate that love, choosing distance over compromising her feelings.
The project also embraces moments of liberation and renewed confidence. Previously released “300 Veces” transforms the end of a relationship into a celebration of moving forward, while “Completamente Yo,” another composition that originated as a personal poem, reflects the freedom of embracing one’s identity without seeking the approval of others. “Love Is A Choice” explores the commitment required to sustain love beyond emotion, while the cumbia-infused “Amaneció En París” introduces a playful and sensual energy to the collection.
Among the album’s most significant moments is “If I Ain’t Got You,” a special rendition of Alicia Keys’ iconic song that holds a profound connection to Rivera’s musical beginnings. As a teenager, Jacqie was encouraged by her late mother, Jenni Rivera, to join her onstage for a performance of the song, despite her struggles with stage fright and self-doubt. Looking back, Jacqie recognizes that her mother believed in her talent long before she could recognize it herself. For Corazón Desnudo, Rivera revisits that defining moment by incorporating audio from their original performance alongside newly recorded vocals, bringing together her past and present in a moving tribute to the woman who first encouraged her to find her voice.
The album concludes with “Corazón Desnudo,” bringing the 12-track collection to a close.
With Corazón Desnudo, Jacqie Rivera continues to establish her own artistic identity, presenting a body of work that reflects the woman and artist she has become. By embracing her experiences with honesty and conviction, Rivera transforms moments of heartbreak, uncertainty, and personal growth into a musical statement that extends beyond her own story.
More than a reflection of the past, Corazón Desnudo represents a defining chapter in Jacqie Rivera’s journey, one in which vulnerability becomes strength and her personal experiences take center stage.
