San Juan, PR (June 26, 2026) – Elvis Crespo lit up the stage at the Miss Universe Puerto Rico grand finale, held on Thursday night, June 25, at the Centro de Bellas Artes de Caguas.
During the swimsuit competition, the pageant’s 15 semifinalists walked the runway to the rhythm of Elvis Crespo’s infectious music. The artist performed a medley that included his classic hit “Tu Sonrisa,” along with “Me Mataron,” from his recent album Poeta Herío, with El Blachy joining as a special guest.
