New York, NY. (November 20, 2025) – A Japanese restaurant in the heart of Chinatown was closed just for them. That’s how exclusive the shoot for “QDMT”, the new collaboration between Jory Boy and J Balvin, was. The video premieres this Thursday at 11:00 PM on YouTube. The project came together almost spontaneously: Balvin personally called Jory on Monday and asked him to shoot the video that same Thursday, after seeing the explosive reaction from fans on streaming platforms and social media. The song is part of the highly anticipated album Matando la Liga 2, released under the label La Base, founded by Wisin.
The video blends urban flow with cinematic aesthetics, and for the first time in a Jory Boy project, features Japanese models. Between noodles, Mongolian beef, and sake, the artists brought the concept to life, with every detail carefully crafted for maximum impact. The song was composed by Keytin and produced by La Crème, adding more creative talent behind the project.

This collaboration is also historic: although they have known each other for over a decade, Balvin, known for being extremely selective, waited 10 years to record with Jory, finally deciding this was the perfect moment.
“QDMT” is the second episode in a video series inspired by Ocean’s 11, one of Jory Boy’s favorite films. The first episode was “Replay,” the third will be “Incorregible” with Chencho, and the fourth remains a total mystery. The video was directed by Santy, a Venezuelan director known for his unique cinematic style.
The premiere of “QDMT” will be today at 11:00 PM on the YouTube channels of Jory Boy and J Balvin. Fans are invited to experience a collaboration that combines surprise, urban style, and visual storytelling, proving that the unexpected can become epic.
