Miami, FL (March 14, 2024) – The record-breaking Musica Mexicana group, Eslabon Armado receives 8 nominations at the 2024 Latin American Music Awards, garnering nominations in nearly all the main categories. The group received nominations for Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Global Latin Song of the Year, and Streaming Artist of the Year, among others. The group became the first ever Musica Mexicana group to go No. 1 on Billboard’s Global 200, and was crowned Best Song of 2023 by Rolling Stone. The track is the most streamed Latin Song of 2023 on Spotify and the the first-ever Musica Mexicana song to surpass one billion streams on the platform. Just when you thought it couldn’t get anymore impressive, Eslabon Armado are also the first-ever Musica Mexicana group to perform on Good Morning America, the No. 1 Morning Show in the United States, and also performed their hit track “La Fresa” on the Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon.
