Miami, FL. (October 19, 2023) – After the epic announcement of her “Mi Soundtrack World Tour 2024” in Los Angeles, Gloria Trevi affirms that good always wins over evil with the premiere of “Inocente”. With the vibrant and electrifying rhythms that characterize Trevi, “Inocente” fuses the sound of the ‘70s with some avant-garde arrangements. “It’s a song to have fun with, to dance to, to seduce and be seduced to,” expressed Trevi. Released under the independent label Great Talent Records, the release is now available on all digital music platforms.
Trevi produced “Inocente” with Eduardo Bladinieres and Gilberto Elguezaba. The song was initially written to be performed by a young duo, however, due to fate it was adapted for the Monterrey born singer-songwriter.“The song was written for one of my children, but since each one has their own projects, it never came to fruition. In the end, I believe that everything happens for a reason and this song was meant to be for me. I love the title of the song because it represents me and what I’ve been experiencing,” said Trevi. She added, “Although the title of the song represents one of the most difficult times of my life, the meaning behind the song is different. It’s based on when you meet a person, and your friends tell you that the relationship is dangerous, but you are still there because sometimes we like to live dangerously.”
Filmed in Miami, Florida and directed by Pablo Croce, the music video shows the internal struggle between good (angels) and evil (demons). The plot begins with Trevi walking through an alley at dawn, where she stops and begins to reflect on a man she’s attracted to. The video shows the internal struggle where the angels try to guide her to the light and the demons want to seduce her into the shadows, tension increasing as she struggles with her decision. The video follows the concept of someone who’s facing danger and the hope that in the face of danger, “good always conquers evil,” said Trevi. Aside from the concept and visuals, an element that stands out, without a doubt, is the wardrobe and masterful costumes that Trevi showcases, which were created by longtime collaborators, designers Philip and David Blonde, known in the fashion world as The Blonds.

Trevi announced last week in Los Angeles her upcoming world tour, “Mi Soundtrack World Tour 2024”. Produced by Live Nation, Great Talent Entertainment and Latino Live, the tour will visit over 30 cities across the U.S., opening in Hidalgo, TX on January 26, 2024.
