The album also became the most-streamed album on YouTube in Puerto Rico and dominated Apple Music Puerto Rico, where it claimed the Top 4 most-played songs in the country simultaneously.
The project quickly emerged as one of the biggest Latin releases of the weekend, further solidifying Jay Wheeler’s position as one of the leading voices in Latin music today.
Jay Wheeler’s new album La Voz Favorita, is his most personal and complete project to date. The album opens with Wheeler expressing gratitude to his wife, family, team, producers, and managers, crediting them for helping shape the artist and person he has become as “La Voz Favorita.” The project’s first three tracks are intentionally connected, introducing the evolution of Jay Wheeler and setting the tone for the emotional journey that follows.
