The trio from Patterson, California – made up of brothers Pedro and Brian Tovar, along with Damian Pacheco – has been transforming the Mexican music genre since 2017 with their innovative approach that reinvents the roots of sierreñomusic with a contemporary sensibility.
Their rising trajectory includes significant achievements, such as placing their music on Billboard’s main charts, including a historic precedent with “Ella Baila Sola” – a hit that became the first Mexican Music song to reach the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The track not only topped Billboard’s year-end “Hot Latin Songs” chart but also garnered critical acclaim, with Rolling Stone awarding it the title of “Best Song of 2023.”
Their latest album release, Vibras de Noche II, continues breaking barriers and establishing global milestones. The album reached the top of Apple Music’s U.S. Latin chart, which hadn’t occurred with a Latin project since Bad Bunny released DTMF.
The work also positioned itself among the three most-streamed productions in Apple Music’s general catalog. At the same time, Spotify has placed tracks in top positions in the U.S. market and internationally, demonstrating the group’s growing popularity and ability to transcend borders with its musical proposition.
With multiple industry awards and groundbreaking appearances on mainstream television programs, Eslabón Armado continues to break barriers for Mexican music in the global market. The group is currently on their “Vibras de Noche Tour,” which includes performances in Mexico and the United States.
