San Juan, PR (June 19, 2025) – The global icon of film, radio, and television, Rita Moreno, will take center stage for an intimate conversation and gathering with her people of Puerto Rico, where history, culture, legacy, and inspiration converge. The legendary artist will inaugurate the first edition of DIÁLOGOS ICÓNICOS, taking place on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Pablo Casals Symphony Hall at the Luis A. Rita Moreno has long been a trailblazer for Latino talent in the entertainment industry, becoming the first Latina—and only the third person ever—to achieve the coveted EGOT status, an acronym representing the prestigious Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Awards. Regarding her upcoming participation in Diálogos Icónicos, Moreno shared: “One of my favorite things about my talks is the lack of a plan. I love sharing with the audience any moment of my life that I consider informative, helpful, and fun.”
More than just a conversation, this will be an immersive experience designed to enrich the audience’s connection to her story. The event will feature a visual gallery showcasing the most iconic moments of the legendary artist’s career, thematic appearances by characters from West Side Story, and exclusive footage from some of her most celebrated work in film and television.
