San Juan, Puerto Rico (January 6, 2026) — Following his year-end performance from Puerto Rico on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve broadcast on ABC, global music icon Daddy Yankee begins the new year with a surprise release: the official music video for “ABCD,” featuring Alex Zurdo.
“ABCD” is part of Daddy Yankee’s latest album, Lamento en Baile, which also includes the previously released singles “Sonríele” and the urban salsa “Jezabel y Judas,” both accompanied by music videos. Notably, “ABCD” is the only collaboration on the album, making this release a standout moment within the project.
The song delivers a powerful message focused on returning to core values, personal reflection, and purposeful living reaffirming Daddy Yankee’s continued commitment to creating music that inspires and positively impacts lives.
The official music video for “ABCD,” filmed entirely in Puerto Rico, visually amplifies the song’s message and pays homage to the island that continues to be a creative and spiritual anchor for the artist.
The music video for “ABCD” is now available on all digital platforms.
