(June 7, 2019) – The urban artist of the moment, Dalex premieres new music video TODAY for his viral sensation “Cuaderno” featuring Nicky Jam, Sech, Justin Quiles, Feid, Lenny Tavárez, and Rafa Pabon. The hit is featured in his debut, full-length album “Climaxxx” which was released on May 10, 2019.
The Rich Music artist is no rookie when it comes to taking over musical charts. Dalex made history with his previous single “Pa Mi (Remix)” charting # 1 on the Spotify Global Viral 50 chart in 17 countries and # 1 on Apple Music’s Top 100 list in 4 countries. The single was also the second most listened song on Spotify throughout the world. “Climaxxx”is the artist’s debut album, since his EP “La Nueva Ola” in 2018. The R&B and urban fusion album has been up on Billboard’s Latin Rhythm Albums chart for three consecutive weeks as of today.

The track brings together some of today’s hottest new Latin urban acts (known as “La Nueva Ola”), as well as Nicky Jam, artist who Dalex considers to be one of his inspirations.
The concept behind the music video “Cuaderno” is to share the familiarity everyone has with their highschool sweetheart. The lead actors, which are the artists featured on the track, will be portraying younger versions of themselves in high school. The romantic video takes place in the 1990s, which brings on pure nostalgia to the viewers. The video was directed by Daniel Gallego “Squid” and produced by Cinema Entertainment.
For the first time, Dalex is nominated for the “New Urban Generation” category in this year’s edition of Premios Juventud airing on July 18, 2019. Earlier this week, the artist was invited to attend the Midem Music Conference in Cannes, France as part of the conference’s Artist Accelerator Program. On June 19, Dalex will be performing alongside Natti Natasha at the Pandora “El Pulso” event in Miami, FL. Dalex is currently on his first European tour. In the next two weeks, the artist is set to wow audiences with upcoming shows in eight key cities throughout Spain.
