Nevarez Communications, a full service public relations, marketing, and entertainment management company announces it has been selected to represent Latina celerity chef and internationally renowned television personality, Cielito Rosado.</p> <p>Puerto Rican-born celebrity chef Cielito Rosado began her culinary career in 1991, with a cooking segment on Univisión. In 1999, she moved to WAPA-TV where she launched two cooking shows, which today is one of the most visited on-line cooking portals in Spanish. In 2005, she also released her first book, “Cielito Rosado para todos los días”, a collection of over 350 beautifully-illustrated recipes, which version in English is scheduled for Mothers Day 2010. An entrepreneur at heart, Cielito also owns a culinary supply company that provides food products, including her own private label gourmet coffee harvested in the Puerto Rico Mountains. Throughout her career Cielito has produced TV cooking segments for numerous television productions.

The main objective of this relationship is to internationalize the “real estate” offerings of Cielito as a brand with various properties, among these is the popular television show “Cielito What’s Cooking,” which reaches the U.S. Latino audience on WAPA América every Saturday and Sunday at 6:00 p.m. With this show, Cielito also launches a new website which includes not only the Chef’s delicious recipes, but also anecdotes, videos, advice and with a “Mi Tienda”, a latino online store where Cielito fans can purchase “El Libro de Cielito” and latino cooking products difficult to find in the U.S. will also be available; in addition, to the” Café Gourmet de Cielito Rosado”, the cooking book which became a best seller in Puerto Rico and its fourth edition will be available the first quarter of 2010. Cielito’s columns appear in the newspapers Centro Tampa, which is published every Friday and Primera Hora in Puerto Rico, which is published every Wednesday, in addition to an online version.

Show Synopsis “Cielito What’s Cooking?”
“Cielito What’s Cooking,” the first production exclusively for WAPA América, with a cooking format modeled on the Food Network, but focused to the Latino market. In each show, Cielito Rosado will present three segments of recipes and occasionally she will end the show with sharing with friends, guests or visiting marvelous places outside of the studio. She will travel around Puerto Rico discovering places and points of interest for tourism such as inns, other whereabouts and cultural events, at the same time we will highlight traditions and interesting facts about our Hispanic heritage. Renown local and international chefs, personalities and celebrities will share with Cielito topics of living a good life along with culinary and wellness secrets. Cielito What’s Cooking has broadcasted over 60 episodes to the US Hispanic market and now Cielito and her production staff are planning to make some changes in stage, programs rundown and production content while entering into a new season by the end of 2009 with a great enthusiasm for the New Year 2010 and years to come.
